Our mission
Every studio owner we've talked to runs their business on some combination of spreadsheets, group chats, email threads, hand-written attendance sheets, and a payment processor that doesn't quite fit. The work multiplies as the studio grows — and the time spent on admin is time not spent teaching.
StudiFlo exists to give studio owners back their evenings. Scheduling, billing, family management, attendance, payments, parent communication, and reporting all live in one place, built around how studios actually operate. We're not trying to be everything to everyone — we're trying to be exactly right for dance, music, and arts studios.
How we build
Built for studios, not generic businesses
Most "business management" software treats studios like restaurants or salons. We started with a different premise: studios have terms, makeup classes, trial bookings, multi-child families, recital prep, and instructor schedules that don't fit any other template. Every feature is shaped around how studios actually run.
Honest about what we don’t do
We say no to features that would dilute the product. If something belongs in a CRM, or a payroll tool, or a video platform — we'll point you at the right tool rather than half-build it. Studios already juggle too many systems; we'd rather be excellent at one thing than mediocre at ten.
Pricing that doesn’t scale to surprise you
Flat monthly subscription. No per-student fees, no per-charge surcharges beyond the standard processing rate. Your bill doesn't grow because your studio grew.
